About Mr. Masson

Dear AZACS Families,

Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year! My name is Patrick Masson and I will be your child's teacher this year!

I am originally from Connecticut and have been working with students with Autism since graduating from the University of Connecticut in 2009. I have my Bachelor's degree in Sociology and my Masters in Special Education. I have worked as an ABA Therapist for 2 years with students in the public school system in Connecticut before moving out to Arizona in 2011, where I worked at a private school for 3 years as a Behavior Coach. I came to Arizona Autism Charter School in 2014 and have been a part of the AZACS family since we opened our doors!

Outside of Special Education, I am an adventurer in every shape of the word, as I love to travel to new places and meet new people. I love exploring the outdoors through hiking and mainly through my passion for running. I have participated in 14 Ragnar Relays to date (8 of them being out of state), with hopefully more to come!

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me via email: pmasson@autismcharter.org
