About Ms. Ayala-Runion
Francesca grew up in Southern New England before spending 12 years in the Midwest. She finally landed in the great state of Arizona 11 years ago.
In 2000, Francesca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks and Recreation Administration. Then in 2009, she completed her Masters of Science degree in School Psychology. Francesca went on to complete her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies, also in School Psychology, in 2012. Most recently, Francesca obtained her Diplomate by the American Board of School Neuropsychology in 2020.
Francesca's journey into special education began 16 years ago with the birth of her oldest daughter, who was born with significant special needs. Since obtaining her degrees in School Psychology, Francesca has worked in multiple Arizona school districts in both the Tucson and Phoenix areas for the past 8 school years. She jumped at the opportunity to join the AZACS team to become part of a team dedicated to ensuring all AZACS students receive the quality education and supports they need to become successful in life.
